How are your products made?
Everything is printed on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Your item is made just for you after you order.
How long until my order arrives?
Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days. After that, shipping time depends on the method and your location; most US orders arrive within 3 to 8 business days after shipping. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or wrong size. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a refund.
How do your shirts fit?
Our tees are a unisex retail fit that runs true to size: women may want to size down one, and if you like it roomy, size up. Each product page has a size chart with exact measurements; compare it to a shirt you already love.
How should I care for my item?
Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print, and skip the bleach and dry cleaning. Drinkware: hand wash recommended.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Orders go into production quickly, so we can only change or cancel before printing starts.
